Job description

We are seeking an experienced EHR Technical Business Analyst to support healthcare data integration and interoperability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, SAS, InterSystems HealthShare, EHR systems, and healthcare data standards. This role involves leading technical analysis, supporting data integration efforts, developing complex queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality healthcare data exchange.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare
  • Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems and clinical data architecture
  • SME-level experience with HL7 v2 and C-CDA standards
  • Experience with ETL processes, data validation, data transformation, and business reporting
  • Knowledge of Health Information Exchange (HIE) standards and HIPAA compliance
  • Experience leading technical analysis for complex EHR integration projects
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and clinical stakeholders
