JOB SUMMARY
The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This role involves extensive collaboration with product and domain teams to ensure systems and processes are well-defined and aligned for the delivery of new technology products and improvement of existing functionality within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Diagram current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Support testing and user acceptance to confirm solutions meet requirements.
- Interpret data to support decision-making and validate assumptions.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation and standards for requirements, processes, and system changes.
- Recommend enhancements and design changes to new and existing systems and processes based on performance metrics and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to understand complex systems, develop use cases, and convey business requirements to various groups.
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience as an IT Systems Analyst.
