This is a full-time opportunity based in Durham, NC with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite per week. The role offers visibility across business and technology teams, exposure to mission-critical insurance platforms, and the opportunity to deepen expertise in policy administration systems within a growing, modern insurance environment.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Support and analyze policy administration systems tied to life insurance, annuity, and related insurance operations.
  • Investigate system issues, reproduce problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Connect business requirements to system functionality, workflows, data flows, and policy admin processes.
  • Partner with developers, QA, product owners, business users, and vendors to resolve issues and support enhancements.
  • Document system behavior, process flows, issue findings, and functional changes.

Are you an experienced insurance systems analyst ready to make an impact?
