We CGI is seeking to hire an experienced Healthcare Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide advanced operational support, troubleshoot complex application issues, and drive continuous process improvement, with mandatory experience in healthcare payer operations.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Application Consultant, backed by strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency for data investigation, and the ability to translate technical root cause findings into clear business recommendations.
Working directly with internal stakeholders and external clients, this role will coordinate resolution efforts, identify recurring operational trends, and develop training materials and best practices to optimize overall system utilization.
This is a Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, Lafayette, LA, Hartford, CT, or St. Louis, MO in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide senior level operational support by analyzing application issues, identifying root causes, improving business processes, and educating internal and external users.
. Analyze operational issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
. Identify recurring trends and recommend process improvements.
. Develop training materials and best practices.
. Deliver functional training sessions to business users.
. Partner with technical teams to improve application support processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Application Consultant, or Operations Consultant.
. Healthcare Payer experience is mandatory.
. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
. SQL experience preferred for data investigation.
. Excellent communication skills with proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
. Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly recommendations.
. Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
