Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will support a complex technology project throughout the full project lifecycle, from business concept and requirements definition through implementation and go-live. The role requires an expert-level professional who can lead business analysis activities, manage requirements and testing, document business processes, support project management activities, and coordinate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage business analysis activities and projects with defined deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
  • Identify and document business processes, issues, capabilities, value levers, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze and document current state (as-is) business capabilities and processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
  • Perform industry, competitive, and market analyses covering strategic, financial, and operational areas.
  • Support business case development and benchmarking research.
  • Develop key project deliverables, business documentation, process models, and analysis artifacts.
  • Develop and manage test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution activities.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and track defects/issues through resolution.
  • Support system implementation and go-live activities, including data conversion, training, site support, help desk support, and implementation logistics.
  • Support change management and communications initiatives.
  • Provide PMO support, including time tracking, work-plan updates, status reporting, service metrics, and project administration.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other project resources.
  • Track project issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items as needed.
