Job description

The Desktop Support Specialist provides day to day support in updating windows equipment. Responsible for maintaining and updating Windows-based devices across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring all systems are running the latest security patches and software updates, troubleshooting update-related issues, and supporting end-users with update-related concerns. The technician works closely with IT teams to schedule and deploy updates efficiently while minimizing disruption to business operations.
