Make a Difference The Pharmacy Systems Supervisor manages technical support for medication distribution systems and processes within a facility. This role oversees day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensures accurate and timely medication distribution, and leads system improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, managing automated dispensing cabinets (ADC), and maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required); Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification (Required)
  • 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in managing pharmacy technologies and workflows
  • Effective team-building and problem-solving abilities
