Job description

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.
Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.
About the Role
JLL's Corporate Function Technology team is leading a portfolio of enterprise platform initiatives that are reshaping both how corporate functions serve JLL's global workforce and how those functions operate internally. These programs span AI-powered employee experience, financial and operational system modernization, process automation, and organizational change - all in service of JLL's Accelerate 2030 strategy. This is a high-visibility team working at the intersection of technology and transformation, with active programs underway and a growing roadmap.
Each initiative on this team involves multiple workstreams, multiple project plans, and a large cross-functional stakeholder group. This role will begin by supporting the team's highest-priority active program and expand to others over time. In each context, you'll be responsible for reconciling and aligning plans into a single coherent picture and keeping delivery on track. You'll work closely with JLL teams and external implementation partners across a complex, evolving landscape - moving quickly and independently while staying tightly coordinated with program leadership.
You will step into a program which is live and moving fast - processes, plans, and priorities will shift. The right candidate can build structure where it doesn't yet exist and is energized by that reality, not deterred by it.
What You'll Do
  • Receive, reconcile, and maintain alignment across multiple project plans spanning HR, IT, Finance, and future corporate function workstreams
  • Track actions, blockers, and decisions across workstreams with precision; escalate risks clearly and early
  • Run and document working sessions - ranging from technical reviews to use case workshops to UAT planning and execution
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment across JLL teams and implementation partners
  • Coordinate discovery and access provisioning activities across ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Workday, SharePoint, and other ticketing and knowledge management systems
  • Develop working familiarity with a broad range of enterprise platforms as programs evolve - spanning areas such as financial reporting, cash collections, vendor management, legal operations, and more (e.g., PeopleSoft)
  • Drive completion of discovery artifacts, technical review approvals, and connector setup documentation on deadline
  • Own weekly status reporting and RAID log maintenance
  • Support change management coordination and stakeholder communications across functions

What You Bring
Required
  • 2-5 years of project or program management experience in enterprise technology implementations and experience coordinating system integrations or connector-based deployments
  • Familiarity with SDLC concepts
  • Ability to support or independently manage multiple project plans simultaneously, identify conflicts, and escalate or drive alignment across competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex technical conversations into clear summaries and action items
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and vendor partners with growing independence
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information
  • AI-fluent: you understand how AI tools work, engage with them in your own workflow, and can speak credibly to AI concepts in stakeholder conversations-you will be expected to use AI tools to evolve program management practices

Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with enterprise AI or automation platform deployments
  • Demonstrated experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud) and/or knowledge management platforms
  • Experience supporting UAT design and execution at scale

You Are
  • Self-directed: you identify what needs to happen and act without waiting to be told
  • Effective under deadline pressure - you stay organized and clear-headed when timelines are tight
  • Equally comfortable in a technical architecture session and a change management conversation
  • Meticulous about follow-through - you own your action items and hold others to theirs
  • Collaborative and direct; you give and receive feedback constructively
  • Curious about AI and other technologies and prone to thoughtful experimentation around how these can improve program management

About the Initiatives
The Corporate Function Technology team operates several initiatives within JLL's Accelerate 2030 strategy and is responsible for modernizing the platforms and processes that support JLL's global workforce. The team leads enterprise-scale implementations across HR, IT, Finance, and other corporate functions - connecting employees to the tools, information, and support they need through a more intelligent, unified experience. Current and near-term work includes:
  • Deploying an enterprise AI platform as a unified digital front door for employee support across HR, IT, and Finance, with additional functions to follow
  • Integrating and rationalizing enterprise systems including ticketing platforms, knowledge bases, HR systems, and productivity tools across a complex multi-vendor landscape
  • Driving process modernization and change management initiatives that affect employees across all business lines and geographies
  • Partnering with external implementation firms and technology vendors to deliver on aggressive timelines with high organizational visibility
