The Department Functional Leads serve as dedicated project managers and business representatives for their assigned departments throughout the ERP implementation. William Everett will provide dedicated Functional Leads supporting Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Budget, and Public Safety. Each Functional Lead acts as the primary point of contact between departmental stakeholders, the ERP Program Management Office, and the System Integrator (SI).

These roles are responsible for coordinating departmental participation, managing requirements, facilitating decision-making, tracking risks and issues, supporting testing and training activities, and ensuring departmental readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. By providing dedicated support to each department, Functional Leads help maintain alignment between business operations and system implementation while promoting accountability, communication, and successful adoption.
