Job description

Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP system. The role involves managing the project team, developing project plans, and ensuring successful implementation of the ERP system, including post-go-live support.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP project-related matters and will report directly to the IT Director.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan, including milestones, tasks, resources, risks, and budget.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and track progress against project plan and goals.
• Monitor and report on project performance, highlighting any issues or risks to the ERP Project Steering Committee.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
• Conduct regular project and Steering Committee meetings and produce meeting minutes.
• Prepare project documentation, such as requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, etc.
• Collaborate with SMEs in performing quality assurance testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Comfortable implementing change management goals.
• Go live with the new ERP system.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• Worked in a manufacturing or warehouse distribution environment for at least two years.
• 5+ years' experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with Order to Cash and Advance Warehousing processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they can be used to support business processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities.
Preferred:
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with specific Tier 1 ERP systems, preferably with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics.
• Technical background and/or experience working with IT teams.
