Surgical Instrument Sales Representative — Nationwide

AY Surgical LLC is expanding nationwide and looking for motivated, experienced Surgical Instrument Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for sales professionals who are confident building relationships with surgeons, hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and healthcare organizations.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
  • Introduce and promote AY Surgical’s surgical instruments.
  • Build relationships with surgeons and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities and work toward long-term customer contracts.
  • Develop and grow your territory independently.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in surgical, orthopedic, medical, or healthcare sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, motivated, and self-driven.
  • Ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships independently.
  • A strong network within the healthcare or surgical community is a plus.
