*Remote in the United States* GoEngineer is looking for a NetSuite Support Analyst to join our team. The NetSuite Support Analyst focuses on supporting and maintaining our highly customized NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on NetSuite experience, strong problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with accounting concepts in NetSuite and experience working in an OneWorld or multi-subsidiary environment are especially valuable. In this role, you will help users resolve issues, improve system functionality, and learn how NetSuite interacts with other systems across GoEngineer.
Your key contributions in this role will be:
  • Respond to and manage user requests through Streamline, our ticketing system, with a focus on timely issue resolution and clear communication.
  • Investigate system behavior, identify root causes, and correct problems within our NetSuite environment.
  • Work with workflows, saved searches, reports, and custom records to support day-to-day business needs.
  • Contribute to NetSuite enhancements and customizations, including support for workflows, scripting, and other tailored functionality.
  • Learn how NetSuite interacts with internal teams and connected systems, including record creation and synchronization outside of NetSuite.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to understand issues, answer questions, and improve the user experience.
  • Help capture system knowledge and support continuity by maintaining clear internal documentation.
  • Support occasional projects that improve system performance, usability, and alignment with business processes.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a CRM/ERP support role.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience working with NetSuite.
  • Experience with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and custom records.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, research system behavior, and work through support requests with minimal direction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with accounting processes as they relate to NetSuite is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a NetSuite OneWorld or multi-subsidiary environment is highly valued.
  • Extra points for: NetSuite certifications, scripting or JavaScript experience, and a background that supports future growth into more technical NetSuite development work.
