EPOXY FLOOR INSTALL SUPERVISOR - $30$35/hr

Hiring Immediately for the Greater DENVER Metro Area
Lead the job and Build results that you're directly responsible for.
Garage Kings Denver is the area's go-to name in custom garage transformations premium polyaspartic flooring, slatwall systems, cabinetry, workbenches, shelves and overhead storage, garage doors and openers. We're launching a second crew, and we need an experienced Installer to SUPERVISE - running jobs and our process. Every day you're somewhere new, turning a dusty, ugly garage floor into something the customer can't stop showing off and you and your leadership is the reason it happens.
Pay: $30$35/hour, based on experience and management abilities. Compare that to what you're making now, and let's talk about what else we offer culture, growth, and a team that actually has your back.
What you'll be doing
  • Running daily projects, start to finish
  • Owning the on-site relationship with the customer making sure the finished floor matches what they ordered and exceeds what they expected
  • Working and overseeing all stages of prep and install: surface prep, mixing and measuring coatings, flake spread, polyaspartic/epoxy application (flake, metallic, solid, quartz)
  • Keeping the crew on schedule, on safety, and on standard PPE, handbook policy, and quality control
  • Managing equipment and vehicles so they're ready for the next job
  • Submitting weekly inventory needs and staying sharp on industry techniques

What you bring
  • 2+ years leading or supervising projects this is the one we won't budge on
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with polyaspartic/epoxy systems
  • A valid driver's license with a good / clean driving record that meets our insurance standards
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and keep pace with physical, hands-on work all day
  • Flexibility to work some weekends
  • A phone you actually answer, and the professionalism to talk straight with customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)? That's a real plus
