Job description

Warehouse Unloading Supervisor
Bolingbrook, IL

$1,000 Weekly + Stipend
Weekly Pay | Full-Time

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Candidates Preferred

We are hiring a warehouse supervisor to oversee unloading operations in a fast-paced food distribution environment. If you can lead a team and communicate effectively - we want, you on our team.

Schedule

Monday – Saturday
4:00 AM – Until Finish (~12:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise unloading (lumping) crew and inbound operations

Coordinate daily schedules and inbound loads

Maintain safety, sanitation, and organization standards

Communicate with carriers, customers, and team members

Verify load accuracy, pallet staging, and documentation

Enforce warehouse safety procedures (trailers, locks, chocks)

Drive productivity and operational efficiency

Pay & Benefits

$1,000 – $1,200 Weekly + Stipend

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a PLUS!

2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience

Experience operating:

    • Electric Rider Pallet Jack
    • Stand-Up Forklift
    • Counterbalance Forklift

Unloading/lumping experience preferred

Basic computer skills

Strong leadership and safety mindset

Ideal Candidate

Experience in food-service or distribution warehouses
