Responsibilities for a Production Supervisor include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise manufacturing personnel and daily production operations to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved.

  • Train, coach, and develop employees while promoting positive employee relations and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, inventory, and maintenance needs to support efficient manufacturing operations.

  • Lead problem-solving initiatives, enforce quality standards, and support continuous improvement activities while maintaining TS16949 and ISO14001 systems.

Candidates for Production Supervisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 3–5 years of production, manufacturing, or plant management experience in a union manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership, employee development, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and computer proficiency.

  • Ability to work all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
