Requirements/Responsibilities

Supervisors at Chick-fil-A are “hands on” leaders, who are primarily tasked with ensuring shifts run smoothly and customers are well taken care of. Supervisors lead teams of 20-30 team members at a time, and manage all aspects of the in-store operation during their shift. The Supervisor role is a full time role, with hours expected to be within the 36-45 range each week.
Qualifications:
Experience in Guest Service and/or Hospitality
Experience in Leadership, at least 3 years
Achievement in Setting and Accomplishing Goals
Availability Monday – Saturday
