Team communication is key, as workers typically rely on each other for both safety and efficiency throughout the project.

What are summer roofing jobs?

Summer roofing jobs involve working on the installation, repair, or maintenance of roofs during the summer months. These positions typically include tasks such as removing old roofing materials, installing new shingles or roofing systems, and ensuring the roof is weatherproof. Due to the physical nature of the work and high temperatures, workers must follow safety protocols and stay hydrated. Summer roofing jobs are often seasonal and can be a good opportunity for those seeking temporary or summer employment in construction.

Job description

Most summer sales programs require relocating out of state for three to four months. King Roofing is hiring sales reps who want to earn at that level without leaving Utah.
You'll work storm-affected neighborhoods, meeting with local homeowners and guiding them through the roof inspection and insurance claims process. No extended travel, no temporary housing, no time away from family.
$2,000 in bonuses your first month of training based on production, then uncapped commission from there.
Who We Are
King Roofing isn't just another roofing company. We've built a fast-growing business on a simple principle: do right by the homeowner, and the rest follows. As a GAF Master Elite® contractor-a designation earned by less than 2% of roofing contractors in North America-we've proven our commitment to the highest standards in sales, service, and installation.
What We Do: We guide homeowners through storm damage restoration with complete transparency. Homeowners pay their deductible-we handle everything else: inspections, insurance claims, and installation. It's straightforward, honest, and it works.

Why Join Our Team?
  • Uncapped Commissions: $100,000+ with top performers earning $200,000+
  • Sell exclusively in Utah - no relocation, no out-of-state travel
  • Get paid $2,000 during training
  • We invest in you: company apparel, and a company iPad when you hit your metrics
  • Weekly performance bonuses
  • Annual incentive trips (all-inclusive vacations)
  • Clear, transparent path to leadership roles
  • Leads provided to top performers
  • Opportunity to join a competitive, high-energy sales team

No Experience Required
Our in-house Sales Program trains you on roof inspections, the insurance claims process, and how to pitch and close with confidence. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
  • Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims-never handing them a $20K bill yourself
  • Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
  • Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
  • Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
  • Close personal deals and company-provided leads

What We're Looking For
  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals
