Pole Barn Sales Associate


Location: Westmoreland, NY 13490


Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday -Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Compensation and Benefits:

About the Role:

Looking for a Sales Associate who can talk shop with contractors, farmers, and property owners. You'll handle pole barn and metal building inquiries

from first call to closing the sale. Full-time, in-person.


What You'll Do:

- Respond to inbound leads and follow up on pole barn inquiries

- Walk customers through product options, pricing, and timelines

- Prepare quotes and close sales on metal buildings and pole structures

- Use computer systems to track leads and customer data


What We're Looking For:

- Sales experience - know how to listen, present, and close

- Construction knowledge - understand building basics

- Pole industry experience a major plus

- Computer skills - CRM, email, spreadsheets

- Customer service mindset
