BBR/ Nations Roofing is seeking to hire motivated Commercial Roofing Helpers to join our Kansas City team! This is a great opportunity to start a career in commercial roofing with a company that values hard work, safety, and long-term growth.

BBR is a family-owned and trusted commercial roofing contractor that has proudly served the Midwest for decades. Our Olathe-based team specializes in high-quality flat and low-slope roofing systems for commercial buildings. We take pride in our workmanship, safety-first culture, and commitment to developing skilled tradespeople.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of commercial roofing systems including Single-Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), Modified Bitumen, and BUR systems
  • Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying materials
  • Perform duties such as laying insulation and other roofing materials under the supervision of experienced technicians
  • Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites
  • Arrive to job sites on time and ready to work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Work effectively as part of a roofing crew

  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights
