POSITION OVERVIEW:

South Shore is looking for a full-time Field Technician to help manage the day-to-day physical workload required around our office, warehouse, and in the field. This role is ideal for someone who wants to get into a reputation-focused organization remodeling company to learn the products, professional habits, and work ethic to eventually become a project manager in the ever-growing and consistent world of exterior remodeling, IF they choose that path later of course. (Our South Shore Project Manager's compensation is at 85k+ annually for reference!)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% | Material Running or Field Tasks for Construction Projects and Office Duties

20% | Office Yard & Warehouse Tasks – Unloading and Loading Inventory, Forklift Driving, Heavy Lifting

20% | Office Tasks – Marketing Folder Assembly, Yard Sign Assembly, Organizing, Pest Control, Various Tasks

5% | Job Site Assigned Inspections and Photo Taking for Production Needs

5% | Landscaping Work – Weeding, Raking, Blowing, Watering, & More (2~ Hours Per Week)

10% | Various Other Tasks Assigned by Management


COMPENSATION:

  • $25 / Hour
  • W2 Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit


SCHEDULE:

7:30 AM START
- 30 MINUTE LUNCH -
4:00 PM END

  • DRIVERS LICENSE, BACKGROUND CHECK, INTENSIVE DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED
  • Truck and trailer driving experience
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle to get to our office daily
  • You have the ability to work and lift heavy materials in the hot summer outdoors.
  • You have the ability to load up the heavy shingles, metals, and lumber multiple times a day.
