Position Summary
The University of New Mexico Dean of Students Office is seeking a self-motivated, friendly, reliable, & detail oriented individual to assist the LoboRESPECT Advocacy Center's administrative staff. This position will be focused on email and other general office work. A successful candidate will expect to work an average of 10 hours per week on campus starting in Summer 2022. Students with a 2022-2023 work study award preferred.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Provide coverage for front office
  • Act as office liaison between students, campus departments and off-campus communities
  • Maintain various databases
  • Assist with office-filing systems
  • Provide direct assistance to Dean of Students and LoboRESPECT staff
  • Provide support in email communications
  • Assist staff with special projects as assigned
