Attorney Health Plan Recovery


About the Role

Own high-stakes health plan recovery outcomes for some of the largest health plans in the country.

In this role, you and Intellivo act on behalf of the health planto pursue and resolve complex subrogation matters across ERISA, Non-ERISA, and fully insured plans. You will lead negotiation strategy and drive financial outcomes by representing the health plan in recovery efforts against plaintiff attorneys, insurance carriers, and adjusters.

You will handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, and workers compensation cases, ensuring the health plans reimbursement interests are protected and maximized.

This is not a traditional legal role. Your work directly translates into measurable financial results for your clients, and your compensation is directly tied to the recoveries you generate, with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation

  • Base Salary:$100,000 $120,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Incentive: Uncapped commission tied directly to individual recovery outcomes on cases
