Essential Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide a professional, personalized vehicle purchasing experience from initial contact through delivery.
  • Build rapport with guests to understand their needs and recommend vehicles, products, and services that best fit their lifestyle.
  • Follow the Johnson Automotive sales process to deliver a consistent, consultative, relationship-based sales experience.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and ownership benefits before and after the sale to ensure guest confidence and satisfaction.
  • Research available inventory, vehicle specifications, incentives, financing options, and accessories to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare and complete all required sales documentation accurately and promptly for Finance processing.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current Subaru models, product updates, and available accessories, effectively communicating their value to guests.
  • Build lasting guest relationships through exceptional follow-up, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding ownership experience.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction while working toward individual, team, and dealership performance goals.
  • Accurately document all guest interactions, sales activities, and follow-up within the dealership CRM.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient with dealership technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools, or able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
