Position Overview:

**Hybrid Position** This is an onsite position with some flexibility to work remote 1 day a week.
The In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Laboratory Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading operational, quality, regulatory, and strategic projects supporting the IVF laboratory. The position serves as the primary project management resource for laboratory initiatives involving clinical embryologists, physicians, nursing, quality, compliance, information technology, finance, facilities, and external vendors.
The position requires application of advanced knowledge of business administration, project management methodologies, healthcare operations, process improvement, and regulatory compliance in a highly specialized clinical laboratory environment.

Job Description:

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Preferred: MBA, Masters in Healthcare Administration or related discipline

  • Preferred: Project Management Certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated knowledge of:

  • Advanced project management methodologies

  • Healthcare operations

  • Business process analysis

  • Organizational change management

  • Financial analysis and budgeting

  • Risk management

  • Data analytics and dashboard development

  • Regulatory compliance in healthcare environments

  • Continuous quality improvement methodologies

  • Ability to coordinate complex multidisciplinary projects involving physicians, embryologists, nursing, laboratory personnel, administrators, information technology professionals, compliance specialists, and external vendors.

  • Preferred: Experience in reproductive medicine, IVF laboratory operations, clinical laboratory management, or healthcare quality management.

  • Preferred: Experience working with laboratory accreditation or regulatory compliance.
