About the Team The Shoptab E-commerce Operations team is committed to building a vibrant, trustworthy, and engaging marketplace in TikTok, where customers discover and purchase. Our mission is to empower sellers and delight customers by defining and executing strategies for robust merchandise growth. We optimize the user journey across various shopping channels and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and category teams. We are the bridge between our sellers' needs and our platform's capabilities, constantly striving to create a seamless and prosperous ecosystem for all. Responsibilities - Shoptab Marketing and Channel Operations Strategy: Iterate on Shoptab marketing during campaigns and BAU periods, as well as channel operations. Collaborate with cluster and product teams to upgrade the user reception and supply of mall channels, forming a refined matching mechanism that optimizes resources including traffic distribution, banners, search recommendation slots, and subsidies. Leverage data insights to drive merchant product growth and enhance user experience. - Merchandising & Seller Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle management and strategies covering merchant and product onboarding, cold-start incubation, growth, and maturity. Based on the product characteristics and customer demand of different categories, establish clear mall operational pathways, tiered prioritization, and support mechanisms. Utilize mall traffic and platform resources to accelerate the shelf growth of key merchants and products. - Cluster Collaboration & SOPs: Partner with category teams to establish and standardize cross-functional standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes co-defining product selection logic, recruitment processes, and joint support mechanisms to ensure seamless collaboration and scalable growth through Shoptab. - Product Collaboration & Resource Management: Act as a key stakeholder for product development in shoptab scenario by evaluating inbound operational requirements and translating them into clear product solution proposals and managing product channel resources to increase utilization efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or strategy operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with creator ecosystems or content based commerce.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
