Job description

About The Role:

As a Director, Strategy & E-commerce Insights, you will be responsible for leading a SaaS-fueled Professional Services team delivering data-driven e-commerce insights and hands-on digital advertising management across several retail media networks (RMNs).

This is a hybrid role (4 days/week in office) in our Downtown Seattle location.

Summary:
  • Lead - Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, lead professional services project execution and drive teams to deliver results
  • Coach - Ability to manage and develop teams, establish clear priorities, and mentor team member growth
  • Operate - Demonstrated experience delivering services-related contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving workflow efficiencies, and managing a P&L
  • Grow - Ability to identify whitespace opportunities within Stackline's services offering and clients' scopes of work, lead contract renewals and upsells, and actively participate in RFPs for new business
What You Will Do:
  • Build and manage a versatile team to deliver world-class e-commerce strategy and execution to drive clients' businesses in the e-retailer space
  • Craft and deliver pay-per-click (PPC) retail search advertising plans across several RMNs
  • Proficiently analyze large datasets to identify category trends and insights to develop strategic plans that achieve client goals and initiatives
  • Design, coordinate and implement critical path schedule with internal Stackline team as well as external client team to drive new product launches, advertising plans, growth plans, etc.
  • Own and cultivate the client relationship (up to C-Level) to ensure all client needs are being met and exceeded where possible
  • Identify emerging opportunities for Stackline to launch new business initiatives for both software and services
  • Work with Sales team to assist in proposals to acquire new clients and expand existing client programs to incorporate latest organizational capabilities

 

Who We Are Looking For:
  • 10+ years of relevant client services or account management experience
  • 10+ years Microsoft Excel and data analytics experience
  • 6+ years e-commerce retail experience
  • 2+ years direct management experience of team of five or more
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, demonstrated at the C-Suite level with Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows
