Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our Business Development Manager. High-performing SDRs have the opportunity to move into a Business Development Representative (BDR) position typically within 12-18 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research target companies and industries
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Achieve monthly targets of qualified appointments
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision makers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
  • Manage and document activity within HubSpot CRM
  • Represent Creative IT in a professional and energetic manner
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
  • Maintain detailed prospect records and follow-up schedules

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
