Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join Snyk's Strategy & Operations team. This role owns the recurring reporting, forecasting support, and process execution that keep our Go-To-Market engine running smoothly day to day. You'll work from established playbooks and processes, giving Sales leadership reliable, accurate data to make good decisions as Snyk continues to scale.

About the Team

The Strategy & Operations team supports Snyk's Leadership team in driving hyper-growth by enabling good, efficient decision-making, rapid execution, and scale. The team reports into Snyk's Sr. Director, GTM Strategy, Operations and Analytics, and partners closely with Sales Management across the business.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Create and maintain weekly operations reports and sales forecast rollups.
  • Track and report on core sales and sales process KPIs using established dashboards.
  • Support ad hoc sales analytics requests, pulling and reconciling data from Salesforce and other sources.
  • Assist with Annual and Quarterly planning execution, including data prep for customer segmentation, territory assignments, and quota deployment.
  • Maintain the accuracy and hygiene of CRM data that underpins sales reporting.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to answer day-to-day questions about tools, process, and reporting.
  • Follow established sales operations processes and playbooks, and flag gaps or inconsistencies to more senior team members.
  • Help train sales hires on CRM and sales tools during onboarding.
  • Support the rollout of new tools and process changes by testing updates and gathering feedback from users.
What youโ€™ll bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, business operations, or analytics role, ideally at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data pulled from multiple sources.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM for reporting and dashboarding.
  • Detail-oriented, with a track record of producing accurate, timely reports.
  • Comfortable following established processes while proactively flagging opportunities to improve them.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales reps and managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (economics, finance, business, or similar) preferred.

We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment weโ€™ve created and we value diversity โ€“ we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether youโ€™re the right person, do apply anyway!
