Our client is seeking an Experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and implement strategies for initiatives for 3rd party parts and commodities for heavy duty manufacturer. Have the ability to be creative and seek out new ways to price competively to gain marketshare and continue their double digit growth. Lead supplier negotations and create long-term agreements/partnerships with external vendors. Must have the track record of proven success.

What We’re Looking For

·   Bachelor’s degree required

·   5–10 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, or buying within a complex manufacturing environment

·   Proven success leading teams and delivering measurable business results

·   Experience using fact-based data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions
