RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end procurement projects, including sourcing initiatives, contract renewals, supplier consolidation, and process improvement programs.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with organizational goals, budget parameters, and compliance requirements.
  • Audit procurement workflows and proactively identify and manage inefficiencies, risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and blockers; propose and develop solutions alongside business partners.
  • Own and manage end-to-end sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs across a range of spend categories, ensuring competitive and compliant processes. 
  • Develop and maintain category plans that reflect business priorities, risk appetite, and value creation opportunities.
  • Lead supplier evaluation and selection processes, including the development of scoring frameworks, business case preparation, and recommendation presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate contract negotiations ensuring favorable commercial terms and risk mitigation.
  • Communicate sourcing strategies, project status, and outcomes clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, frameworks and tooling.
  • Contribute to the buildout of sourcing templates, playbooks, and best practice documentation to drive consistently and scalability across the function.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in a procurement, vendor management, or supply chain PM role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated experience running competitive sourcing events (RFx) and managing supplier selection processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels including senior leadership. 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in both a strategic planning capacity and operational role. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, developing category strategies and managing supplier performance.
  • CPSM qualification or equivalent procurement / supply chain certification.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced or high-growth organization, preferably tech.
  • Familiarity with procurement software (ideally Zip). 
  • Experience supporting contract negotiations and supplier performance frameworks. 
  • Project Management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, PM).
