Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Software Sourcing Managers to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and AI-related technologies. This is a hands-on procurement role focused on managing complex software negotiations, contract renewals, RFPs, and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and AI technologies.

  • Negotiate complex software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and commercial agreements.

  • Manage software renewals, new purchases, and vendor renegotiations.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms in partnership with Legal and Information Security teams.

  • Lead RFPs, RFIs, competitive sourcing events, vendor evaluations, and contract awards.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through contract optimization and vendor negotiations.

  • Partner with internal business stakeholders to deliver sourcing solutions and procurement support.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience focused on enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or IT services.

  • Proven experience negotiating complex software licensing and commercial agreements.

  • Strong background in software procurement, category management, and contract negotiations.

  • Experience leading RFP/RFI processes and competitive sourcing events.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Exposure to AI software, cybersecurity software, cloud licensing, or DORA-related procurement.

  • Experience negotiating Master License Agreements (MLAs) and Cloud Agreements.
