Job description

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Growth Operations team builds how the company plans, forecasts, and makes decisions-turning strategy into execution. We sit at the center of the business and tackle high-impact, often ambiguous problems that directly affect growth, efficiency, and scale. This means deep-dive analysis, process redesign, pragmatic solutions that make the company run better.
We work closely with senior leaders, move fast, and focus on outcomes. This is a team for people who like solving hard problems, building and iterating, and leaving things better than they found them.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Manager of Strategic Projects within Growth Operations, you will lead quantitative deep-dives on high-stakes questions from the C-Suite-structuring the analysis, building the models, deriving insights, and presenting recommendations that inform major company decisions on long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.
You will also lead cross-functional efforts to translate top-line forecasts into downstream implications across the business, running focused strategic sprints that address complex, evolving questions. You will regularly engage with C-suite leadership, own the analytical rigor behind strategic decisions, and ensure that growth planning processes evolve as the business scales.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at synthesizing complex data, translating insights into executive recommendations, and driving execution on high-stakes projects that shape company direction. You will regularly engage with C-suite leadership, own the analytical rigor behind strategic decisions, and ensure that growth planning processes evolve with the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own ad-hoc strategic projects from C-suite that directly impact top-line growth strategy and business expansion
  • Run strategic sprints on all downstream planning related to the ACV forecast including tie-in with long-term strategic plans, product mix, and enabling manufacturing and delivery capacity at the targeted pace
  • Lead scenario planning efforts to model different growth trajectories, government program office trends, and strategic options for leadership decision-making
  • Build and refine planning frameworks, forecasting models, and analytical tools used by growth leadership
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams involving Business Development, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on growth priorities
  • Present findings and facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership, including the executive team
  • Ensure initiatives move from insight to execution with clear accountability and measurable impact

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth operational role
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
  • Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to distill sophisticated analyses into clear insights and influence senior stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and ability to drive projects to completion
  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguity and making sound judgement calls with incomplete information
  • Experience working on growth strategy, revenue operations, or strategic planning initiatives strongly preferred
