Job Summary
The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager will be responsible to effectively implement and execute strategic initiatives throughout the East Coast region of Radnet. The position is responsible for overseeing the structure, organization and coordination in leading teams/staff to achieve the overall clinical objective. The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager is also responsible for implementation of best practices within the clinical operations arena to achieve extraordinary and consistent results. This position requires a diverse working knowledge of imaging center operations.
You will:
  • Create and manage detailed long & short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
  • Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct project.
  • Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine project success.
  • Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision-making to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel to support company goals and initiatives. Travel requirement estimated to be ~10%.
  • Understand and perform job responsibility in an ethical, compliant manner and comply with laws affecting the workplace and/or job responsibilities. Maintain employee/patient confidentiality.
  • Work from corporate office (Beco Towers, Ownings Mills, MD) one to five days per month.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure effectively while maintaining confidentiality of patient and employee information.

If You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) in Good Standing.
  • Six (6) plus years of project management experience
  • Imaging, Radiology or Healthcare experience a plus and may substitute for some project manager experience.

Ideal Candidate will possess:
  • Attends regular corporate meetings as requested.
  • Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Follows HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Practices universal safety precautions.
