Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 37 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical services to Veterans.

Overview: Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G1 Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) seeks to provide primary prevention capabilities to Commanders and leaders to enable them to sustain personal readiness, build a culture of trust, optimize human performance, enhance protective factors, and reduce high risk behavior to improve deployability and successful service. The Directorate seeks to provide enhanced lethality and warfighting capabilities to Commanders and leaders to optimize human performance, enhance protective factors and reduce high risk behaviors to improve Soldier readiness and successful service.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager (PM) will have responsibility for the overall performance of the work under this contract. The PM will be in-person and be available 0800 to 1700 EST, Monday thru Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed. There may be exceptions when the PM services are required on weekends or holidays.
  • Support a prevention system of aligned programs, policies, and processes, enabled by the development, integration, and application of data driven analysis and assessments, within the context of strategically managed planning, assessment, and governance. Support an enterprise application of Army Readiness and Performance Improvement initiatives to include performance management methodologies, data analysis, and alignment within the Army Strategic Management System (SMS).
  • Provide oversight and management administrative support by ensuring the preparation of documents, briefings, point papers, and meeting minutes. Produce responses to internal and external inquiries related to DPRR planning operations, integration, and Department of War (DoW)/Army senior leadership actions.
  • Provide prevention-related products in support of the Army’s Continuous Transformation Campaign Plan (CTCP), specifically Line of Effort #3: Strengthening the Profession.
  • Deliver short-suspense products, such as Congressional inquiries and Requests for Information (RFI), within urgent timelines of one to three workdays.
  • Oversee Level 2 helpdesk support for Commanders Risk Reduction Toolkit (CRRT) users within the Army Vantage platform. Determine action to be taken or refer action or request to appropriate level. Resolve customer problems related to CRRT and respond to the customer with actions taken, follow-up information requests or contact the Installation, Army National Guard at the State level, or Army Reserve Command Risk Reduction Program Coordinators (RRPC), or other individuals designated by the government.

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, and overseeing, and completing Government projects. (i.e., training facilitation and program oversight)
  • Completion of FBI fingerprint check with favorable results and submission of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of support and sustainment-related (resiliency) operations.
  • Prefer Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience conducting Quality Control checks/ensuring training requirements are met.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
