Job description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to conduct analysis on a range of facilities and modernization programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in facility modernization, program management, or data analytics, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office. The role involves analyzing and planning Army Materiel Command facilities programs and supporting facility modernization tasks with DCA, C2B@P, and FIP. The Senior Analyst provides basic staff products, including Excel worksheets, information papers, and information presentations (PPTx); responsible for calendar synchronization, integration of staff products, organization of strategic messaging, and operational integration. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Support day-to-day mission planning, review and analyze documentation for meetings, and review other forums for daily operations, which includes analysis of strategies, options, alternatives, and acquisition strategy efforts planned or in progress. Provide analytical results and/or recommendations, including preparation for meetings or other events. Prepare briefings, develop reports, and identify best practices for AMC strategic planning.

Analyze the AMC G4 strategy, goals, and objectives annually and recommend updates to the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Goals. Review and align AMC G4 documentation with approved updates, e.g., response to inquiries, guidance, testimony, and correspondence.

Support AMC G4 leadership in preparing for briefings to the National Command Authority, Department of the Army, Department of Defense, and International agencies.

Receive, review, and process tasks assigned to the Office of AMC G4 in the suspense tracking system. Delegate tasks to appropriate action officers and track them to closure.

Education: BA/BS in business, logistics or engineering

Security Clearance: Secret
