Overview

The Prince George’s County Government is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Planning Consultant to support the final stages of its agency-wide strategic plan and guide implementation and evaluation efforts.

We are looking for a professional who can deliver expert, collaborative, and results-driven facilitation while aligning with our core values of culture, communication, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and facilitation, preferably within government or human services
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and group facilitation skills
  • Experience developing implementation frameworks and performance metrics
  • Ability to lead diverse groups and build consensus
