Job Description:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with key National and Regional residential home builders and OEM customers. This role is central to driving revenue growth and market penetration by ensuring alignment between customer needs and REHAU’s offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, plumbing/hydronics systems, and strategic account management, as well as the ability to build lasting, value-based relationships across departments and customer organizations.
