Job Description Job Summary: Seeking a Strategic Communications Associate to support the development and execution of strategic communications, marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to create engaging content, manage communications projects, and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing strategic communication and marketing plans.

Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, media relations, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives. Create and edit communications materials, presentations, press releases, talking points, and marketing collateral. Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to support client goals.

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality and accuracy. Prepare client documentation including status reports, meeting notes, timelines, billing summaries, and project recaps. Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing assets and campaign materials.

Support community engagement efforts by attending events and maintaining relationships with local organizations and stakeholders. Assist with event communications, social media promotion, and event content coordination. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Approximately 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, account management, or a related field. Experience in a fast-paced communications or agency environment is preferred. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking abilities. Professional client-facing presence with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of branding, content strategy, media relations, and current marketing trends.
