Our client is a globally recognized luxury fashion house renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. They are seeking a detail-oriented Store Planning Assistant to support their Store Planning team with project coordination, reporting, and administrative functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$24/hr - $28/hr
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Planning Assistant to provide administrative and project support to the Store Planning team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, and supporting the planning and execution of retail store projects. The ideal candidate has exceptional Excel skills, strong organizational abilities, and thrives in a collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities Of The Store Planning Assistant
  • Provide administrative support to the Store Planning team on multiple retail construction and renovation projects.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, budgets, invoices, and timelines using advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Process, organize, and reconcile invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assist with maintaining project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support project meetings and leadership updates.
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate project records.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the Store Planning department.
Required Experience/Skills For The Store Planning Assistant
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, store planning, construction, facilities, or operations support role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data organization, and reporting.
  • Experience managing invoices, budgets, expense tracking, or financial documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Store Planning Assistant
  • Previous experience supporting retail store planning, construction, facilities, or real estate teams.
  • Experience working within the luxury retail, fashion, architecture, design, or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with project management software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with vendors and maintaining project documentation.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Fashion, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
