Overview:

The Production Planning Administrator will be responsible for assisting with store fixture orders, external requests from field, layout postings & assistant to the Director of Retail Production Planning.  


Essential Functions:

  • Assist and support the Director of Fixture Planning & Production with daily administrative functions
  • Assist the Fixture Planning Administrator with communicating with our fixture warehouse management throughout season to gauge their production needs and resolve any fixture issues that they encounter  
  • Storefront signs install and removals 
  • Create fixture pick orders upon request
  • Assist with store setup questions and offer solutions using assembly instructions and store layouts
  • Make outbound calls to return voicemails and follow up with operator/manager fixture issues
  • Ensure that all ACTS requests are addressed
  • Handle work orders and repairs for stores 
  • Assist in operator relationship management
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Follow office/department workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Site Inspections - Survey opening stores to gauge service levels and resolve issues  
  • Support team with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
  • Work with operators to resolve fixture or build issues
  • Field visits to assist with store builds
  • Showroom builds as needed

Requirements

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Outstanding knowledge & proficiency of Excel & Word
  • Working knowledge of office equipment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week, 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
