Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in enterprise software product management, specializing in Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.

In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise Product Data and Catalog Management solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Business, Data Governance, and Operations teams to build scalable, high-quality software products that enhance catalog accuracy, streamline operational processes, and improve customer experience.

This is a hands-on product management role focused on enterprise software delivery rather than business analysis or platform administration. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing technical software products in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Product Data, Catalog, and MDM/PIM capabilities.
  • Translate business goals into scalable, technology-driven product solutions.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to drive Agile product development from discovery through release.
  • Create and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
  • Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Data Governance.
  • Drive platform enhancements, API capabilities, system integrations, and data workflow improvements.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and product success metrics to measure business impact.
  • Support enterprise initiatives related to product onboarding, catalog management, master data quality, and data distribution.
  • Represent the Product organization in strategic planning sessions and cross-functional decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Software Product Management, or Technical Product Ownership.
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise software products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM/PIM platforms such as STIBO STEP, Informatica MDM, Riversand, Syndigo, or similar solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile product backlogs.
  • Experience partnering directly with Software Engineering and Solution Architecture teams.
  • Strong understanding of product catalogs, product information management, master data management, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance business objectives with technical product execution in complex enterprise environments.
