Job description

The French Steel Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to provide critical backend support to our sales team and ensure seamless execution of custom steel window and door projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate contract paperwork, proposals, and documentation for custom door and window orders
  • Manage end-to-end shipping of product samples to clients and prospects nationwide
  • Own CRM management in Salesforce — maintain accurate records, update opportunities, and generate reports
  • Support the sales team with travel booking, itineraries, and expense coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments at our Atlanta location
  • Organize and schedule Lunch & Learn presentations at architects’ offices and design firms
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to keep projects on track

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative, or project coordination (construction/fenestration industry preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Adobe, Canva
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with contracts, shipping logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Professional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the Palm Beaches area (hybrid role)
