Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date
• We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to existing customers while helping maintain strong relationships that drive retention and satisfaction. This role is primarily service-focused, with the opportunity to develop sales skills through needs-based conversations and coverage recommendations.
Success in this role is measured by customer experience, accuracy, and contribution to overall agency growth.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate policy information
Assist customers with policy changes, updates, endorsements, and billing questions
Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
