Olive & Opal Interiors is an award-winning home staging company serving the St. Louis real estate market. We are growing and looking for a reliable, experienced box truck driver to join our staging and logistics team.


This is not a traditional moving company role. We work in professionally managed homes with real estate agents and homeowners, staging properties for sale.

Compensation:

$23 - $26 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive a box truck to transport staging furniture and décor to and from project sites
  • Load, unload, and place furniture and accessories with team members in client homes
  • Follow staging plans and work orders to accurately execute room setups
  • Protect furniture, décor, and client property during transport and installation
  • Organize and secure inventory in the truck and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse
  • Assist with light furniture assembly, art hanging, and final project setup as needed
  • Maintain a professional and courteous presence in client homes

Qualifications:
  • Must be located in the Brentwood/St. Louis area and able to reliably commute to our warehouse in Brentwood, MO
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
  • Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record
  • Prior experience driving a box truck is required (CDL is a plus but not required)
  • Ability to safely lift and move furniture and décor (50 lbs independently; heavier items with team assistance)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment, including stairs, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as staging schedules require
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor in client homes
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, follow staging instructions, and follow work orders
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
