Job Title: Pick Center Associate (Picker and Packer)
Job Description

The Pick Center Associate plays a key role in supporting warehouse and production operations by generating pick lists, accurately selecting and labeling inventory, and staging materials for shipment or production use. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and reliability are essential. This role suits someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple functions within the department to support operational needs and job rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pick lists and accurately pull inventory to fulfill customer and production orders.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and ensure all order requirements are met before staging or shipment.
  • Pick, label, and stage products for material handlers and production teams in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of product locations, inventory storage layouts, and warehouse processes.
  • Use RF scanners and related tools to perform order picking, inventory verification, and labeling tasks.
  • Maintain inventory integrity by pulling correct items, verifying quantities, and following pick lists accurately.
  • Support order fulfillment and material staging by meeting productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.

  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, stoop, lift, and carry, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

The schedule follows structured shifts: a day shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and a night shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with overtime as needed on Fridays. The role requires working in varying temperatures, frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying, and the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
