Ensure all staged items meet quality, labeling, and allergen-control requirements. Communicate with production leads to confirm material readiness and resolve shortages or discrepancies. Maintain organized staging areas, ensuring FIFO/FEFO rotation and proper product handling. Support receiving, put-away, and replenishment tasks as needed. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance investigations. Follow all safety, GMP, and SOP guidelines in a clean, controlled warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, verify accuracy, and update system records.
  • Ensure all staged items meet quality, labeling, and allergen-control requirements.
  • Communicate with production leads to confirm material readiness and resolve shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized staging areas, ensuring FIFO/FEFO rotation and proper product handling.

Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, production support, or staging role.
  • Proficiency with RF scanning and basic inventory systems.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Experience in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, or other GMP environments preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
