Job description

JOB TITLE: Staging Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Spring Up

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Plant 5

SCHEDULE: 1st shift Mon – Thurs 6 am – 4:30 pm & Occasional Fri 6 am – 12 pm

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and/or a varied schedule may be required per business needs. Work Environment: Climate-controlled facility


We’re expanding and currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hours per week, no Saturdays, and a strong benefits package, including free access to our healthcare clinic starting on day one for employees, spouses, and children, plus two company-wide shutdown weeks.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Gathering and pairing materials and staging those items for Spring-up.
  • Keep groups, pairs and sectionals together
  • Keeping the product in the scheduling order
  • Red flag “rush” pieces in order
  • Assisting in loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintain a steady flow of frames into Spring-up
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Furniture experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Great organizational skills and detail oriented
  • PC skills - Word/Excel/Email/AS 400
  • Must be able to lift /handle/carry 50 lbs
  • Long periods of standing/walking
  • Able to work independently
