WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
  • The Sales Development Enablement Senior Manager drives revenue growth by equipping the Box Sales Development teams with the strategies, content, training, and tools necessary to increase productivity and meetings booked.
  • You will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales Development leadership team, leading role-specific enablement initiatives for the segment while reinforcing global enablement programs and developing tailored support for Lead Gen needs.
  • As part of the broader Go To Market Enablement, you will collaborate with other enablement professionals on programs across all of Box Go To Market teams.
  • This role requires senior stakeholder influence, high-impact coaching, data analysis to measure ROI, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Strategy & planning: Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies aligned with revenue goals and Sales Development initiatives
  • Instructional design: Design, deliver, and scale enablement programs for Sales Development teams to improve skills, product and solution knowledge, and grasp key competitive insights
  • Content & tools management: Ensure reps can access, use, and customize high-quality content, tools, and sales collateral. Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to drive deep adoption and mastery of key GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.), ensuring data hygiene and process compliance.
  • AI-First enablement: Train and equip Sales Development teams to leverage Box AI and modern generative AI tools to 10X their prospecting efficiency and personalization
  • Develop and lead onboarding programs: Set all new hires up for success
  • Drive growth programs: Drive enablement initiatives that deliver impact and support IC growth across Sales Development roles up to Account Executive as well as growth for Sales Development leadership
  • Deliver training: Lead small and large group enablement sessions for ICs and leadership
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging, content, and process
  • Generate consensus: Effective at building consensus and momentum across senior, cross-functional audiences
  • Performance analysis: Utilize sales data to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, identify performance gaps, and calculate ROI

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: 7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Sales Development expertise: Experience coaching Sales Development teams and deep understanding of sales outreach
  • Tools: Proficient with outreach platforms (e.g. Outreach), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement and LMS platforms
  • Communication: Strong presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training as well as for stakeholder communications
  • Copywriting & messaging: Strong ability to write and coach others on high-converting outbound messaging, email copywriting, and social selling techniques (e.g. prospecting)
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze lead-to-meeting conversion rates, sequence performance, and email open/reply rates to diagnose skill gaps and optimize programs
  • Change management: Proven ability to lead teams through organizational and technological transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools
  • AI-speed: Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
