  • The SQA leader assigns all testing support for the projects in your Agile room, manages that all projects are fully understood, test requirements are understood and the code delivery dates are met.

Create and execute functional test plans and assess edge cases across

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and question financial services and investment management workflows.

  • Solid understanding of investment accounting, record keeping, and middleoffice operating models.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess business impact and identify risk areas.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and downstream support teams.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain issues in both business and technical terms.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 7-10 years of experience in software testing or business analysis supporting financial services, investment management, or accounting systems

  • Demonstrated experience working with business requirements, functional specifications, and operating models.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reconciliation (Oracle or similar RDBMS)

  • Experience using Jira and Xray for test management, documentation, and defect tracking.

  • Exposure to Javabased automation tools is preferred.

Additional requirements

  • A strong understanding of the daily operating model of global investment managers, including interactions between middleoffice, backoffice, and downstream systems, is highly desirable.

  • Experience supporting test evidence, traceability, and documentation in line with State Street SDLC standards is a plus.

Work Requirement

  • 4 days onsite and one day remote
