River Valley Marine is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer & Boat Handler to support our busy spring launch and summer boating season on Lake Minnetonka. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work around premium boats, pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in boating, marine, detailing, marina operations, trailer handling, outdoor work, or the marine and powersports industry.

Pay & Schedule

  • $17-$23/hour depending on experience
    Seasonal full-time position: Now through mid-July 2026
    Monday-Friday schedule
    40-50 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

  • Detail new and pre-owned boats including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning
    Prepare boats for customer delivery and lake launch
    Move, stage, and organize boats around dealership property
    Assist with trailer handling and boat transport
    Operate detailing tools, cleaning equipment, and shop equipment
    Maintain clean and organized work and staging areas
    Support dealership operations during peak boating season
    Work around pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment
