You’ll work on-site in DeLand, FL, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, and helping a 75+ year legacy of innovation deliver results every night.

Why this role
  • Own the electrical reliability of PLC- and CNC-controlled assets.
  • Partner closely with operators to ensure equipment readiness and top performance.
  • Apply preventative and predictive maintenance methods to prevent downtime.
Schedule and pay
  • Hours: Sunday night through Friday morning, 11 PM–7 AM.
  • Overtime: As needed.
  • Compensation: $28–$35 per hour + $1.50/hour shift differential.
Must-haves
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and an understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance.
  • Minimum 1 year of journeyman-level experience repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of single- and three (3)-phase industrial electricity and power distribution.
Good-to-haves
  • Experience with steel microfibers.
  • Background working with CNC, PLC, and low-voltage controls.
  • Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military equivalent.
Physical/Environmental
  • Capable of climbing, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling for up to 8 hours.
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
