Job Overview

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Spiritual Counselor at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. Working 2nd shift, you'll provide spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals facing various challenges including addiction, homelessness, and other life difficulties. This role is crucial in supporting our beneficiaries' recovery journey through spiritual guidance and rehabilitation planning.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

8:00am-4:30pm, slight flexibility with supervisor approval

Occasional evenings and/or weekends required

Key Responsibilities

Counseling & Assessment

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with new beneficiaries
  • Provide individual and group spiritual counseling
  • Design and manage individual rehabilitation plans
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Lead interactive journaling and group sessions
  • Assess and address spiritual needs of beneficiaries

Program Management

  • Maintain detailed case notes in Service Point database
  • Track rehabilitation progress and update plans as needed
  • Complete Self-Sufficiency Matrix assessments
  • Coordinate with community agencies for additional services
  • Develop and implement special projects as assigned
  • Monitor work therapy progress

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain secure online beneficiary files
  • Complete weekly case notes and progress reports
  • Update electronic records within deadlines
  • Provide statistical information for monthly reports
  • Document service delivery and program outcomes

Qualifications

Required Qualities
